The Infinity Vans System
The Interior Operating System for Vans
A complete system for building van interiors. Engineered in layers. Designed for speed, strength, and repeatability.

No framing
No guesswork
No wasted space
This is not a process. This is a system.
Traditional van builds are built piece by piece. Cut, fit, adjust, redo. Every build starts from zero. The Infinity Vans System changes that. It is a repeatable interior platform built once and installed the same way every time.
Built in three layers
1. Vehicle Interface
The van itself. Curved metal walls, factory ribs, and irregular geometry. This is the constraint.
2. Structural Subpanel

CNC cut structural panels mounted directly to the van’s frame. This replaces traditional framing entirely.
What this layer solves:
- Structural rigidity
- Mounting geometry
- Wire routing
- System layout
3. Finish System

Clean finished panels installed onto a structure that is already solved.
Finish options:
- Felt
- Bamboo
- Birch
- Laminate
The two-part panel system
Every wall and ceiling in the system is two panels, not one. A structural subpanel that mounts to the van and solves the hard problems. A finish panel that installs over it and defines the look. Separating structure from finish is what makes the system work.

Part 1: The structural subpanel
CNC cut to the van’s exact geometry and mounted directly to the frame. It carries the load, defines every mounting point, and routes the wiring.

Part 2: The finish panel
Installs onto the subpanel with clean lines and consistent gaps. No structural job to do. Its only job is to look good.
Why two parts instead of one:
- Wiring stays accessible. Lights, switches, and electrical run between the layers. Pull a finish panel to service them — no demolition.
- Finishes are swappable. Damage a panel or want a new look years from now? Replace the finish panel. The structure never moves.
- Structure is solved once. The subpanel handles rigidity and mounting geometry, so the finish layer installs fast and repeatably.

Same structure. Your finish.
Every kit runs on the same subpanel structure. The finish layer is where you choose the look.

Finished Birch
Warm, natural wood grain, pre-finished and sealed. The classic van interior, without the finishing work.

Bamboo
Dense, durable, and distinctive. A premium natural finish with tight, modern grain.

Laminate — Fog & Surf
Bright, wipeable, and tough. Fog (gray) and Surf (white) for clean, light interiors that hold up to hard use.

FeltBuilt™ Felt
Acoustic felt panels in multiple colors. Quiet, tactile, and warm — sound dampening built into the finish itself.
Three kits. One system.
Every kit starts from the same two-part panel platform. Choose how far you want it to go.

Base Kit
Walls, ceiling, and floor — the complete foundation. Integrated L-track mounting for cabinets, beds, and gear. Available in Finished Birch, Bamboo, and Laminate.
From $6,995

FeltBuilt™ Base Kit
The same panel system, finished in acoustic felt. Multiple colors, built-in sound dampening, and a softer, quieter interior.
From $9,995

Full Build Kit
Base Kit plus flat-pack cabinets — a complete interior in one kit. Every cabinet mounts to known points on the panel system.
From $19,995
All kits are CNC cut for Sprinter 144 and 170 and Transit 148 and 148 EXT, and available with the GoCode Trim Kit for a fully finished edge-to-edge install.
One unified system
No framing
More interior space. Less weight. Less labor.
Integrated mounting
Cabinets, beds, and accessories attach to a known interface.
Repeatable builds
Every van starts from the same foundation.
Built for real use
Designed for builders, DIY customers, and scalable production.
You are assembling, not figuring it out
Panels fit. Mounting points are known. Systems align. The hard part is already solved.
Plays well with a wide range of products
Compatible with cabinet systems, bed systems, electrical setups, and storage solutions.
A better way to build vans
Cleaner. Faster. Stronger.
