Please note that shipping charges are not collected at the time of checkout.
Because many of our products require freight shipping and rates can vary based on size, weight, and destination, we calculate shipping costs after your order is complete and your item is ready to leave our shop.

Once your order is ready for shipment, we will contact you with the actual freight cost and provide payment instructions.
Shipping must be paid separately before your order can be shipped.

This approach ensures you receive the most accurate and fair shipping rate possible. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

• Parcel Shipping: Items under 100 lbs will be shipped via carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  
  
• Pallet Shipping: Orders weighing more than 100 lbs or exceeding 72 inches in any dimension will be shipped on a pallet. Pallet shipping includes insurance, liftgate service, and residential delivery charges. If a commercial address with a forklift is available, please indicate this at checkout for faster delivery.
  
  
• Local Pickup: Customers who prefer to collect their orders directly can select local pickup at checkout. We will notify you when your order enters production to arrange a pickup date.
