Every Infinity Vans base kit is a complete camper van conversion kit — wall panels, ceiling, floor system, and integrated wiring channels — designed to fit together in a weekend rather than months. No custom fabrication. No guesswork. Just flat-pack panels that click into place and a build system that makes sense from day one.

Our kits fit the most popular DIY platforms: the Mercedes Sprinter (144" and 170" wheelbase) and the Ford Transit (148" and 148" extended). Each van conversion kit is sized to the exact interior dimensions of your van, so you're not cutting panels to fit — you're installing a system that was built for your specific vehicle.

What's in a Base Kit

Every DIY van conversion kit includes the core shell components:

  • Wall panel system — Two-layer construction with integrated channels for running wiring and plumbing before panels go up
  • Ceiling panels — Lightweight, insulated, and finished — no liner required
  • Floor system — Subfloor and finished floor layer, pre-cut to van dimensions
  • Installation hardware — Every fastener, clip, and bracket included

Add-on modules for kitchen, bathroom, electrical, and storage are available separately and bolt directly onto the base kit without modification.

Sprinter Van Conversion Kits vs. Transit Conversion Kits

The Sprinter and Transit are built differently inside — different rib spacing, different roof curves, different floor structure. A kit that fits one won't fit the other. Our Sprinter van conversion kits are cut for Mercedes rib spacing and roof profile; our Transit kits account for the Transit's flatter walls and lower rib profile.
