Infinity Vans Base Kit

The Infinity Vans Base Kit is the interior operating system for your Sprinter.

Designed for 144" and 170" Sprinter vans, the Base Kit creates the structural, insulated foundation that the rest of your build connects to. Instead of attaching finished wall panels directly to thin factory sheet metal or building a separate wood frame inside the van, Infinity Vans uses a patent-pending two-layer panel system that mounts directly to the factory structure and creates a strong, modular interior architecture.

Think of it as the OS for your van interior. Walls, ceiling, flooring, cabinetry, electrical, lighting, storage, accessories, and future upgrades all have a purpose-built platform to connect to.

A Complete Interior Foundation

Every Infinity Vans Base Kit now includes:

The Infinity Vans Two-Layer System

The difference is what happens behind the finished panels.

Our structural subpanels mount directly to the van's factory structure, creating a rigid interior framework without the need for conventional wood furring strips.

The subpanel layer:

• Holds insulation securely in place

• Creates integrated pathways for electrical wiring

• Adds structure without unnecessary weight

• Provides the foundation for our integrated L-track system

• Helps reduce flexing, vibration, and rattling on the road

• Creates a permanent structure for the finished interior

The finish panels then attach securely to the underlying subpanel system.

Because the structural layer and finish layer are separate, the finished panels can be removed later to access wiring, make modifications, change finishes, or expand your build without tearing apart the entire van.

Our integrated L-track system gives you strong, flexible mounting points throughout the van.

FeltBuilt™

FeltBuilt™ is now available as a finish option within the Infinity Vans Base Kit.

FeltBuilt™ creates a softer, warmer, quieter interior while significantly reducing weight compared with an all-plywood interior.

The felt finish is installed over the same engineered Infinity Vans subpanel structure, so choosing FeltBuilt™ does not mean giving up the strength or functionality of the two-layer system.

You get the same structural foundation, integrated wiring channels, insulation system, L-track mounting architecture, and modular design with a lighter, softer finish.

Sound Deadening + Havelock Wool Insulation Included

Every Base Kit now includes both sound deadening and Havelock Wool insulation.

Sound-deadening material helps reduce vibration and resonance in the van's sheet metal, creating a quieter interior on the road.

Havelock Wool fills the cavities behind the structural subpanels, providing both thermal and acoustic insulation.

The insulation, wiring, structural subpanels, finish panels, and mounting system are designed to work together as one integrated interior system rather than as a collection of unrelated components.

Ceiling System

The Infinity Vans ceiling integrates directly into the same interior architecture.

The ceiling system includes:

• Häfele LED puck lights

• Integrated wiring provisions

• Precision-cut ceiling panels

• Available roof fan cutouts

• Available air-conditioning cutouts

• Available skylight cutouts

• Additional equipment cutouts as required

Because the system is engineered as a whole, lighting, wiring, roof equipment, walls, and ceiling integrate cleanly from the beginning.

Floor System

The precision-cut floor completes the interior shell and provides a consistent foundation for cabinetry, beds, seating, utilities, and the rest of your build.

Instead of templating and cutting a floor from scratch, you start with a system designed specifically around the Sprinter interior.

Freight Shipping

Shipping charges are not collected at checkout.

Because Infinity Vans kits require freight shipping and rates vary based on configuration, pallet size, weight, and destination, freight is calculated once your kit is complete and ready to ship.

Shipping will be invoiced separately prior to departure.
