Transform your Ford Transit 148 High Roof or 148 Extended into a strong, functional foundation for your van build with the Infinity Vans Transit Base Kit. Engineered for strength, efficiency, and ease of installation, the kit features our patent-pending two-layer panel system, combining structural sub-panels with removable finish panels to create a durable, lightweight, and highly adaptable interior.

Unlike conventional single-layer wall kits, the Infinity Vans system creates a true interior structure. The sub-panel layer provides support for insulation, integrated wire routing, and secure attachment points, while the finish layer gives the van its completed interior appearance. Integrated L-Track provides versatile mounting locations throughout the van for cabinetry, accessories, gear, and future layout changes.

The Transit Base Kit is available with your choice of traditional hard finish panels or our lighter-weight FeltBuilt™ interior option, allowing you to tailor the system to the look, weight, and function of your build.

• FeltBuilt™ Option: Replace traditional plywood finish panels with lightweight automotive felt panels for a softer, quieter, and significantly lighter interior while retaining the strength and functionality of the Infinity Vans sub-panel system.

• Integrated L-Track: Strategically positioned L-Track provides strong, flexible mounting locations for cabinets, accessories, tie-downs, and modular components.

• Built-In Wire Channels: Integrated routing channels inside the sub-panel system provide dedicated pathways for 12V and 120V wiring, helping keep electrical systems organized, protected, and accessible.

• Havelock Wool Insulation: Natural wool insulation is included and designed to fit securely behind the Infinity Vans panel system for excellent thermal and acoustic performance.

• Sound Deadening: Sound-deadening material is included for installation directly against the Transit body to reduce vibration, road noise, and resonance.

• Ceiling System: Precision-cut ceiling panels with integrated Häfele LED puck lights and available cutouts for roof fans, air conditioners, skylights, and other rooftop equipment.

• Floor System: Durable floor panels engineered around a 1-inch finished floor height, providing a solid foundation for cabinetry and the rest of your build. Optional upgraded floor materials are available for customers requiring additional moisture resistance or durability.

• Window and Flare Cutouts: Available CNC-cut openings for windows and flares designed to integrate with GoCode trim systems for a clean, professional finished appearance.

• GoCode Trim Integration: Designed around GoCode trim components where applicable, creating a finished transition around windows, flares, doors, and other openings.

• Patent-Pending Two-Layer Design: The Infinity Vans system separates structure from finish, creating a stronger and more adaptable interior than conventional single-layer panel kits.

Choose Your Finish

The Transit Base Kit can be configured with traditional rigid finish panels in materials such as birch, bamboo, or laminate, or with our lightweight FeltBuilt™ finish system.

The FeltBuilt™ configuration is ideal for customers looking to reduce overall vehicle weight while creating a warmer, quieter interior. Because the structural sub-panel system remains underneath, choosing felt does not mean sacrificing the mounting capability, wiring organization, or structural advantages of the Infinity Vans system.
